Advantage of EASY FLIP Funnel System Technology:
The unique funnel system provides even heat distribution within the grill ball and prevents harmful grease burns by fully protecting the burners. Even heat distribution means evenly cooked food with meat juices preserved. Dripping fat cannot catch fire but is directed through the funnel into a collection tray under the sphere. Grilled food does not burn and the interior of the grill remains clean. Parts of the fat and meat juice hitting the funnel evaporate and give the grilled food the typical intensive grill taste.
